DataBud provides a cannabis product intelligence platform that allows users to scan QR codes, view product information, and submit ratings. The Service is intended for users who are of legal age to consume cannabis in their jurisdiction.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal age for cannabis consumption in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use this Service. By using DataBud, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Accounts
You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. However, to access all features (such as viewing your rating history), you may need to sign in using Google authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
When you submit ratings, reviews, or other content through the Service, you grant DataBud a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Submit false or misleading information
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. DATABUD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Product information displayed on the Service is provided by third-party manufacturers and laboratories. DataBud does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL DATABUD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Changes to Terms
DataBud reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
